Is this herpes? Never had blistering or anything .

hi guys. I recently found myself itching and days later found scratch marks/bumps that are now scabbing up. They never oozed or anything nor have i had any blisters however i am worried and am wondering are these herpes???? i recently tried an scented bath wash from bath and body works and i am trying to decide rather this is herpes or more of an skin irritation. Thank u for your help.image

    it looks like herpes I would get a PCR swab test abd a blood test so you can know exactly what kind. The swab might no be accurate because it looks like most of them are clearing up
