Is this herpes? Noticed it two days ago and I'm freaking out

Hey, so at first I discovered this small pimple-like bump on my clitoris (I used to take testosterone, that's why it looks like that) on Saturday, I decided that I would call my obgyn on Monday and today when getting into the shower I saw all these whitish spots?? I'm not sure if they were there on Saturday as well or if it got rapidly worse. I'm just super freaked out and want to curl up into a ball and cry. I'm afraid that it's something really bad and am anxious about what my doctor will say.

The whitish spots. They're only visible if I stretch the skin.

Nothing is itching or burning, I noticed those bumps by a total coincidence. I feel no physical discomfort. Last time I was sexually active was about 3 months ago. I'm prone to skin infections and plantar warts, but I've never had any sort of herpes before. However, my partner is prone to cold sores around the mouth (I don't know if that's relevant). It's also the time of the month when I should be getting my period, I don't know if the hormones related to that might play a part in whatever problem I'm having

Hi! Sorry to hear that you're feeling anxious. It definitely doesn't feel good. However, this does not resemble Herpes. Herpes usually has a clump of bumps together and these bumps in the photo are kind of spread out. I think you may be over-thinking things a bit. You are also not feeling any discomfort or discharge of the sort which can also be a good indicator sometimes.

I do recommend that you see your obgyn if you'd like a better piece of mind. As far as your partner having cold sores, I'd say limit oral sex during outbreaks can help. I'm not a obgyn but I recommend that you ask your provider questions in regards to this because there are links of getting HSV-1 vaginally by cold sores.

But, please do think positive thoughts and everything will be alright. Things will be figured out. Wishing you healing vibes and calmness. It will be okay.
