two lesions have appeared on my lips and they look like herpes. i dont have any symptoms that indicate herpes except for a swollen lymph node under my chin and nausea for the past few days.
ive also been picking at my lips non stop for the past few days, and im not sure if these lesions are from the skin being stressed or herpes
