Is this herpes or a ingrown

i noticed this today while i was showering this kinda big pimple looking at first but it had clear water with two hairs sticking out to it which i popped and it ended up squirting a little water i got scared so i left it alone but it doesn't hurt its just there since last night it looks different now. but i did hook up with one of old friends 19 weeks ago and i am now expericing this, we had rough sex and my vagina was hurting for a while i could feel the nerves but i didnt think much of it. please help me. i already made an appointment but its on feb 23 which is too far and i need answer. i also recently shaved but like not fully only around that area but i dont know if its from that. please help me

    Looks more like an ingrown hair. Herpes manifest in multiple spots.
