A week ago, I start to get an uncomfortable feeling which i thought was "Chafing" until i looked and noticed this. it doesn't burn, itch, or anything. I tend to notice it when I'm sweat down there or walking to much (which is why i thought it was chafing). Can anyone tell me what they might think it is?

Hi, everything looks fine, no sores or irritation that can be seen. Has it gone away the symptoms or gotten worse ?
