this tiny circle gets red for 24 hours or less only, every 6months-1year and when urine touches it it is exteemely painful. however it is only like this for 24 hours or less and then immediately goes back to looking like this with no pain. No fevers chills or sweats. tested HSV negative by blood test several months ago but am afraid of false negative. please help

when you actually have pain when urinating I would go into the doctor and ask for a swab test rather than a blood test swab test so 99% accurate where is blood tests are 65 or less percent accurate and if you only have one outbreak per year it is more common for a false positive in a blood test, but a false positive with a culture or swab test is less likely due to it being 99% accurate
