Is this herpes or a yeast infection ? Help :( I’m freaking out

i have thick white discharge for a week now extremely itchy to where i scratched and scratched and itched hard. not thinking. i also am 5 weeks pregnant so i seen yeast infections are common I've had the same sex partner for 7 years cheated on him 2.5 years ago and never had a outbreak or anything like this he is loyal i swear and wouldn't cheat. i see yeast infections in sever cases can cause soars and paper cut like cuts. pain during urination and itchy still on day 2 of monistat 7 sense I'm pregnant it was the safe one i could take. i have noticed some relief with the discharge lighting up still pretty itchy and red down there but i will also scratch bug bites with no control until they bleed like it feels good. so I'm wondering if the cuts and soars are from scratching and letting the yeast infection get so bad and out of control before treatment imageimage

    i would get them swabbed asap before they dissapear and while theyre fresh
