I've been with my partner for 9 years and we have a beautiful daughter who is 2 yrs old we had sex 2 weeks ago then I had my period a few days later then all of these blisters appeared after my period they are painful to touch and painful if urine gets on them I have been washing with salt water and keeping them dry but don't have a clue what they are my partner thinks I've cheated as he doesn't have anything but I have had sex with 2 other people before I met him but he was a virgin when he met me. If any one could help I'd be over the moon. I do have an appointment at the GUM clinic tomorrow. image

If he's ever had cold sores and performed oral sex on you, he may have transmitted HSV-1 to you genitally. So, no, HSV infections don't indicate cheating. You could have also gotten it from your first two partners and you're just now having an outbreak years later because it can lay dormant for years after initial infection. But yes this does look like HSV to me, as BV is not typically known to cause sores, so go get it swabbed for certainty.

Theres very mixed things online with BV causing sores or not some say yes and others say no I've been swabbed and awaiting results

It's rare and would be a terrible case of BV to get sores from it.

It was quite a bad case I'm not going to go into too many details but it was enough to soak through anything I wore, I also get eczema and do sometimes get it down there so I don't think that helped matters. Just hoping results come back negative
