Is this herpes or cancer?

i noticed a bump a few days ago and picked at it

it only hurts when i touch it or pick at it

no discharge or itchiness

gyn did a viral swab and now im waiting for the results any ideas?image

      i can take another picture. the gyn called and said the test was negative for herpes. still not sure what it could be then.

      That's good though. I'm not really sure what it is but just looks to me to be a cut or something with a little infection.

      i hope so. it was a bump when i first felt it that didnt hurt and then of course i picked at it not knowing what it was. it hurts when its touched or when i wipe but nothing else. hoping it just goes away soon. of course when i google it it says vulvar cancer and other scary stuff

    image my IgG came back negative...also not aure what the hell this is

      it looks really similar to what im dealing with. did your dr say what they think it could be? it only hurts when touched. at first it didnt hurt but i picked at it of course. herpes test came back negative. just hoping it goes away soon

      my doc was convinced i had herpes...told me to retest in 6 weeks ...started me on valtrex. can you show me what yours looks like...did they culture yours ? my culture is pending but blood test is neg

      my dr even in the beginning had a low suspicion that it was herpes but she still cultured it and it came back negative. im not sure what it is because at first it didnt hurt and i picked at it it seems to be getting better. might just be irritation for both of us i hope

      well i went to an urgent care where they hardly see cases and the PA looked like Doogie houwser lmao ...probably about 25 years old anyways he still was convinced even after explaining my situation

      i swear some doctors dont listen. they get stuck on it being one thing and dont even think that it could be other things. is yours looking any better yet?
