Is this Herpes or Folliculitis!?! URGENT PLEASE HELP

recently i noticed what i think may be an infected hair follicle on my vaginal lips. i noticed the bulb where the hair was coming from to be white (which was somewhat unusual for me considering I'm black) so i plucked it (ik its bad i couldnt help myself) and essentially nothing happened. the white bulb that i plucked the hair follicle from turned red and somewhat opened as if it were an ulcer. Im attaching pictures of the associated ulcers. They're not accompanied with any other symptoms. No itching, no burning when i pee, the ulcers arent painful to the touch nor if i press on them however im noticing they get redder as i fiddle with them. i recently wore a lace thong with jeans which may have caused the irritation however id like to be sure. My last sexual encounter was 4 months ago. Please anyone with any knowledge on this subject please help me. image

    this looks like it could be a small outbreak. have you been blood tested? if you have open sores they can take a swab test from them and give you a more accurate reading. but those open red sores look like herpes ulcers

      I agree. It looks like an outbreak in someone who doesn't show many symptoms, if any at all.
