4 months ago I had alarplasty, and was prescribed multiple antibiotics 3x a day. I always get yeast infections so they told me after I finish they will prescribe me Diflucan for my yeast infection if I was to get one. 5 days ago I started experiencing symptoms such as discomfort down there walking/peeing ONLY when urine touches spots and cottage like discharge that smells like yeast. no burning other than that or itching. contacted my doctor and I was told the next day I could pick up the medication for a yeast infection. I was feeling so uncomfortable down there because my clit hangs out of my vagina so I kept irritating

it & my vagina lips and I even added lidocaine to numb but it burned me severely. i also used peroxide by itself all over my vagina. this put me in bad condition & I didn’t see any marks at that time. the next day I got my medicine and I took it, all of my discomfort and discharge went away. however yesterday I noticed bumps. they are not raised they are flat. smooth.I was told that these look fungal infection and I can purchase an oral fungal agent or cream. I was also told these spots can be the same with syphillis, chlamydia and chancroid called hemophilus ducreyi . do you agree or do you think this looks like herpes. I haven’t had sexual relations in 5 weeks and my partner is not experiencing any symptoms image

unfortunately this does look like a herpes outbreak you should get examined and swabbed while lesions are still there

yes, this looks concerning in regards to herpes. I would recommend you see a primary Doctor as soon as possible for a SWAB test.
