Is this herpes? Or just irritation? Please help I'm worried?

Hey everyone, on Monday (5 days ago) my boyfriend and I had sex twice, then once the next day. I began to notice swelling right after sex on Tuesday. (Mind you we have had sex plenty of times I've been with him for two years). I didn't seem to be very wet so I thought the sweeping could be irritation and that it would go away soon. I soon noticed a burning sensation constantly, especially when I peed. I also have itching so i used a yeast infection treatment thinking it may have been that. Just today I noticed these blister like abrasions near the lower part of my opening. I don't know what it is.... Can someone please help.. Picture..
