Is this herpes or some type of bacterial infection of hair follicles

so it started off as a very small white head pimple. i jerked off with lube after popping the pimple and then almost when the pimple was fully healed it started right there around the popped pimple as clear vesicles or blisters than when that sorda was healed it went up to the middle of my pubes and now just sprouted at the top as a small blister. im hoping its not herpes if it is than oh well i messed up. I have swollen nodes on my pelvic area with sensitive skin on my thy. other than that it sometimes is a little itchy. image

    yes, this looks concerning in regards to herpes. I would recommend you see a primary Doctor as soon as possible for a SWAB test.
