Is this Herpes or something else?

I've had this for a few days and don't know if this is herpes, balanitis, or something else

    I would get yourself to the doctors or sexual health clinic if you think its Herps? Doesn't look good. I suffer with Balanitis and its very itchy and can make the pee sting like agony but would get it checked it out before it can do damage long-term

      Yeah, I'm going to get it checked out by the doctor. Does this look similar to your Balanitis?

    I have BXO / Lichen Sclerosus, and this could be what you have.  As suggested by others, you need to get to see your regular Doctor at least, or preferably, a specialist Sexual Health Service, such as a GUM Clinic if you are in the UK.

    BXO / LS is not sexually transmitted but can only be confirmed with a Biopsy carried out by a specialist ....

      Yeah I suffered with BXO but doctors thought I was allergic to perfume soaps when in the shower . Till doctor said it was BXO and got treated for it. But brother passed away last year and I suffering with Balanitis again and doctor put me in for Biopsy not sure if it was the worst thing could happen it was painful but glad It was done though as I got all clear from Cancer

    does fluid comes out from that red spots??cuz i got kinda same thing
