Is this herpes or something else?

I'm in my late 40's, but I started getting fever blisters around my mouth over 20 years ago after my husband passed the infection onto me while we were dating. About 10 or 15 years ago I decided to get tested and tested positive for hsv-1 and hsv-2. Although I'll get a fever blister 3 or 4 times a year, I have never in these past 2 decades gotten even one tiny sore on or in my vagina.

Yesterday morning I had a fever blister erupt in the corner of my mouth. I noticed my vagina felt a little itchy when I peed and then wiped. We went to a family cookout late morning, and my vagina started itching more and then started hurting as the day progressed. By the time it was dark, it hurt so much, especially while I sat down. I told my husband and had him take some pictures when we got home.

Am I having my first vaginal outbreak? Or is it something else? I tried looking for pics online, which brought me to this forum. image
