Is this herpes or something else??

So my trouble began after a bad bout of diarrhea, next day I woke up to a sore anus.

There absolutely no itching or tingling before that. I went to the dermat and she gave me anti viral , antibiotic tablets and also bacterial cream to apply there.

Strangely I find more relief when I apply the anti bacterial cream as it lessens the pain.

I have also ended up having red runny eyes on both my eyes.

Any advice or guess if its herpes or not would be welcome!
