Is this herpes or something else? Please help!!

Help! Can anyone tell me what this is im so scared? I was having no issues my husband & I were messing around and had sex, I started my period the next day, a couple days later the inside lips of my vagina were red & irritated no sores but has became super itchy. Now i'm having a white discharge, horrible odor, super itchy, feeling like I have to pee a lot and sore but not burning, now these spots on my inner things have appeared and itch/hurt but dont look like blisters more like razor burn.

    it do sound like a UTI (or BV) and you need antibiotics. however the red bumps do not look related, bit tricky to see they are out of focus

    this looks and sounds like bv get some antibotics and some cream
