Is this herpes? Or something else PLZ HELP! I am scared and been worried.

this weird bump occured around late January , maybe early February. i took a test for herpes abour a week after i had sexual contact with my partner and i came back negative. I went to Urologist and they told me its nothing to worry about. Can somebody please help me ? Give me some insight as to what it is. Please !! No fever, no burning etc. It has been there for months and i am scared..

      No, not really. Just a little inflammation here and there. I went to urologist but did not give me any info as to what it could be.
