Is this herpes?! Please help

i have been with my gf for a year and she gets coldsores. this came up aboit 5 days after she given me head. but she may have had a very small coldsore i couldnt see ir something...

it doesnt hurt to touch. and hasnt got any worse to touch from when i woke up with it about a week ago.

it initially had what look like a tiny white hair coming out of it, which i pulled out and now it hasnt changed since. could this have been bacteria and it just needs to heal? should i use teetree oil on it?

please help!
