I woke up this morning with redness on my penis glans, seems more like broken vessels opposed to blisters or sores as when erect there is just general irritation and redness seems to smooth out?

I agree that it may be fungal. It is interesting that it appears less when erect. Do you have any pain or unusual sensations in the head?

mist be something to do with blood flow? but yeah weird it basically blends in to my glans when erect. The complexion of my glans has changed, more red and like spider veins, but this has changed it again.
there is pain in my penis head on my corona on the right side, when i pull my foreskin back there is a red inflamation on the veins that supply that side? no idea what it is.
Whats going on is so hard to explain because so much going. Thanks for the input.
