Is this herpes ? Please help

today i went to an urgent care due to pain i was feeling down there , i couldnt sleep for the past two days do to me having an on & off fever . yesterday i had small tiny red dots on my labia , i had ft with the guy i slept with and he showed me he had red dots on his pubic area too but doesnt have any syptoms and i dont know what it is , this never happend to me before , every time i urine it burns when it touches my labia & all of a sudden alot of mucus/ discharge & it currently looks like this . i need answers on what it is , very scared ...

    i had the same exact thing you had and mine came back positive for hsv 1 i would say get tested as soon as you can because the pain js only going to get worse i think you might also have yeast or bv too from the looks of the discharge. i used steroid cream for the pain and its temporary relief but its still some relief. when youre peeing pour some warm water as you pee and it wont hurt as much or what also worked for me was like spreading my legs as much as i can and then sitting on the toilet and lean all the way forward before peeing so the pee doesnt touch my sores and i felt no pain at all. also try to keep your vagina as dry as possible especially after peeing obviously it hurts to wipe but pat it dry and get in the crevices as much as you can. sorry youre going through that 😦

    This is herpes and possible BV or yeast i had all of the same symptoms 3 weeks ago when I was diagnosed go to the ER and get swabbed as soon as possible and leer then prescribe you antibiotics.
