I have a very bad yeast infection, white clumpy slimey discharge, Had sex with someone but was very itchy due to the build up of yeast which caused me to wipe very hard and itch down there I went and get checked for everything Im positive for loads of yeast. Just waiting on results for the HSV 1 and HSV 2.... Would like a another opinion before the results come in... Thank you all.

Hello, its a little hard to say... just based of the browsing ive been doing, it looks like it could be irritation from the yeast infection. If it is HSV it appears mild. Has the area changed any since you initial photo?

I got my results back... Thank you though it appears to be 23.00 positive ... Im going to retest soon once the outbreak clears.

Im sorry..... from what I know, if the # is that high, it doesnt appear to be a recent infection, more than likely you've been asymptomatic for a while. Just breathe, You will get through this!!!

I just went for an exam today and the NP is pretty sure its herpes... she was able to swab for typing and wrote a script for Valtrex, i'll start it tomorrow morning. My results should be in soon. I did read somewhere that Manuka honey helped with healing, but my pharmacy was out smh. I picked up some Lysine, Vitamin C tabs to boost my immune system!!
