Is this herpes?! PLEASE HELP!! Pics included

i went to the dermatolgist, he said its not herpes, but it came about a week after sex with someone who got cold sores, but havent had an outbreak in almost a year, doesnt hurt, i can barely even feel it, its been there about 2 weeks and havent progressed or anything, my dr said a cold sore wouldve hurt, blistered and popped and scabbed over, but i also read that the first infection can be very mild and hardly noticeable..so idk but ive been freaking out!

      do you know by chance if these are fordyce spots?? Cause I'm really scared if its herpes these spots are located on my labia (sorry if the image is gross) image

      yes Fordyce granules. ps.. not gross,we all have them😁. Male and female,Mouth,lips, penis, scrotum,labia

      bless your heart❤. thank you cause i was scared i was having an std or something. is there a way to get rid of them? or do they go away on their own?

      there a normal part of our anatomy. oil producing glands, which is why they look white or yellow( ish ). Mostly aesthetic,most doctor's will not recommend removal,as there normal part of our body. They do ,and can become irritated,just like a ingrown hair or zit

      well thats good cause tbh if it was a procedure that had to be done i would be nervous. but im glad its normal thank you 😃)

    i have been itchying really bad and have white watery discharge I feel it is a yeast infection because i accidently used the wrong soap please help sorry if it looks gross
