I keep getting these red spots every 3 weeks since end of September. Does it look like herpes? please help someone to identify. Docs dont know and wont swab me. I had a yeast infection but i took 3 day canesten but now i have these spots again. Also white thick discharge. No itching, pain nothing! just spots/soresFile size is too bigFile size is too big

igm is not that reliable and more false positives do happen

    i would opt for:

let it go and believe the negative... then after 5 months (without antiviral medication) a western blot test

Visually, I dont feel like its herpes. It seems that its mainly in your hair area, and does look like folliculitis. You should still get a western blot as reccomended above though... I would suggest they look like molluscum contagiosum but since you said they come and go, likely not... It is normal for vaginal secretions to clump up and get stuck inside the folds of your vaginal area, its not quite smega yet but it would be if you didnt wash it away, it kind of looks like toilet paper pieces. I cant tell in the photo of your clit, but it there a very clear and painful sore under the "skin" or does it sound more like what i described?
