Is this herpes sores or yeast infection sores

i had a really bad yeast infection a week ago really bad itchy and burning and hurting it was the worst i ever had i got the antifungal but the pain was still horrible i couldnt stand or even walk without the pain shooting up i went to the first doctor on 7/31 and fhey said its definitely herpes but theres no way ive never had unprotected sex and ive had fhe same partner all throughout who is also clean gets tested last time we botj got tested for everything was in january and all was negative i saw a second doctor 8/2 just because my mind is going crazy and the pain is unbearable they said it could be herpes or yeast infection sores both doctors took swabs and neither results have come in but i cant just sit here and wait. id like to believe its yeast infection sores but i dont knkw what that looks like and every time i look at my vagina it scares me and it hurts so bad. ive been put on antivirals but it hasnt had an effect yet just in case it is herpes. i took fluconazole 7/29 and 8/1. the pain is gery very slightly less now on 8/2 but idk if thats from medication or if im just getting used to it. the anticipation is killing me i need more opinions but cant just keep going to doctors. theres a couple sores all around i took photos of what i could without hurting myself too much
