Is this herpies or an ingrown hair?

i just recently shaved and get ingrown hairs alot, i thought i just had one inside the lip and i looked and seen this. it is only in that one spot and does not hurt very much just a little pain when i touch it. image

    you could've irritated the skin when shaving? theres no harm in having them checked out. as if it is herpes theyll be able to swab the sores to test.

    By appearance it does look like herpes, but you won't know for sure until you see a doctor and have them swabbed. All the best x

    went to the doctors today it is herpes 😦
