Is this HPV?! :((

I've noticed these bumps under the shaft for the last 7 months.

no growth and change in shape. they tempt to be soft but it gets red and harsh when I try to pop it.

I have never had sex, but heard that HPV can be transmitted non-sexually and the anxiety is killing me 😔

    Its not sexually transmitted, if it was then it would get worse quickly. It should go away by itself, to put your mind at ease, it might be a good idea to try antibacterial cream for spots.
