I'm a 22 year old male. I had a sexual encounter about 3 weeks ago. This spot is directly under my middle finger when masterbating and there is some hyperpigmentation around the area.

The spot is flat and feels soft but firm's up a bit when really pressing on it. It moves freely and can be stretched out. I think I got a friction burn in this exact spot masterbating too vigorously a few months ago but can't quite remember. I am wondering if its scar tissue or a wart.
