Is this HPV?

My girlfriend and i have been dating for about a year now, we both get tested regularly and I have been faithful to her, I did have quite a bit of unprotected sex before i met here though, is it possible that these are warts popping up? I do shave the area frequently and i do think it could be from that too, let me know what you think, i will provide pictures. I recently tested myself and all other std/sti tests came back negative including HIV. imageimage

    which kind of soap do you use on your penis? does it hurt when you retract the foreskin?

      i am circumcised but no, and i use softsoap to wash myself down there, i also has this pop up by my anal opening and im also worried it might be herpesimage
