Is this HPV, cancer, or another kind of STD? I'm panicking.

I've experienced recurrent yeast infections in the past, so I assumed this was another one when it first with itching.
But then I started to experience pain when having sex, so I checked out my vagina in the mirror and noticed vaginal tearing/fissures inside the folds between the labia majora and minora, as well as at the posterior fourchette (the piece of skin right at the bottom opening of the vagina that can tear when you have babies).
I looked up the tearing symptoms online and they said vaginal tearing can also a symptom of complicated yeast infection (the yeast discharge irriates/weakens the vulvar skin causing it to tear, especially if you itch it).
I just used monistat 2 days ago to treat what I thought was a recurrent yeast infection** (the white discharge is from the monistat still in there)**
But now I'm starting to develop these bumps inside my vagina. On the vaginal wall, I have this patch of tiny bumps, and along the labia minora I'm developing these almost "cyst-like" bumps (see pictures)
What could this be? I have a doctor's appointment, but it's not for a few days and my anxiety is through the roof. I've only had 3 sexual partners, the most recent of which I've been with for a few years now. Could it be HPV from a previous partner?

Second picture was the wrong one. This is the correct one showing a strange "cyst-like" bump at bottom of vaginal opening.

You're over-thinking this. I honestly don't see anything to be concerned about, and certainly nothing that would lead me to believe you have an HPV infection or worse. I see the bumps, but pretty much every vagina has 'irregularities' inside like odd bumps and such; it's never perfectly symmetrical or completely smooth and perfect skin. Either that or it's a symptom caused be the yeast infection, in which they will resolve when the Monostat has finished doing its work. Keep an eye on it, but I don't think there's any reason to worry.
