Is this HPV or beginning HERPES? PLEASE HELP

Hello, I have never had any flu like symptoms etc, anything abnormal any where in my body. But i did get a biopsy on a tiny genital wart near the vulva, which means i have HPV.

2 Weeks passed now I notice a strange texture inside my labias. Could this be Herpes or just HPV symptoms? I tested negative for HIV but i hear it can be not detected if tested too early. No pain, thank you!

    looks like a normal vagina. if it gets any worse then see a doctor but looks like there isnt anything to worry about

    Can't see anything of note on this pic, if this is a herpes outbreak, an initial one then it's extremely mild, however I would say it is not herpes. Perhaps get it checked by health professional to confirm
