It looks normal to me. Normal hair follicles on the surface of skin shaft. I'm not sure but it must be some HPV DNA PCR test to detect hpv on your blood samples or urethral swab

Dear kevin,
These are just prominent sebaceous (grease) glands on the shaft of the penis. They are not genital warts, although it's possible that you may also be harbouring HPV on the skin. HPV infection can often be asymptomatic:
HPV --> genital warts
No genital warts does not mean absence of HPV infection
For now, just remain vigilant and check for painless lumps appearing in the genital area. Wear a condom to protect other partners and yourself from other STDs. Unfortunately, there are no routine HPV tests available.
