Is this HPV warts or vestibular papillomatosis VP?

I have finger like projections/ warts appear on the lining of my labia minora. I first notice them a while back few months ago and they appear to have grown and multiplied. I asked my OB gyn about them when they weren't as visible a month ago. But they were still visible. She said they were part of my anatomy and that it is not hpv or warts. But I'm still concerned because I've not always had them until recently. Even though they're tiny they have become more noticable ever since i told her. They are located on the lining of my labia minora but i have one that really stands out to me because it is isolated located toward the inside of the vulva, which is the picture.

Yes...mine looks so identical to vp. Fingerlike projections soft bumps. But Dermatologist/Std expertise and also 2 Obgyn doctors confirmed mine as a warts. To be exact in micropapular form. Mine was treated with TCA. All fall off. Never return so far.

Yes its grow in size and multiply. I never had it until i had sexual contact with 1 guy. The fingerlike bumps appeared 2 months after that. I went to 6 different doctors to get opinions. 3 Obgyn, 2 Gynae and 1 Dermatologist/also Std expertise Doctor. 5 out of 6 Doctors confirmed its a warts. 1 was uncertain. I was treated Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) by the Derma doc. All fall off and never return. But i've one more fingerlike bump which still on my labia minora. I suggest you Dermatologist.
I also prefer u to do biopsy.

Hi Sammy,
It's vestibular papillomatosis. Nothing to worry about! Very unlikely to be genital warts, assuming you've been vaccinated with Gardasil-4 or Gardasil-9.
Here's a better picture taken from the New England Journal of Medicine, with a good description of its pathology.
