It has now burst open and has a wound on top.

I have been on accuatne to treat my back acne for 4 months now i have 20 days of 60mg a day left.

That is the only drug that i am on, during lockdown my hygeine has not been the cleanest as we are always at home so is it possible that the groin area just got badly infected and now is taking a little longer to go away because it was dirty ? Its been in the same area just infmaing and deflaming for about 4 months no.
