Is this HSV 2 infection

So Ive been betting these small blisters on my penis that are not painful and sometimes I dont even notice when they pop up. I been having this problem for a couple months. i went and got tested for HSV i was negative for HSV -2 but positive for HSV -1 I never had a cold sore. I dont have pain fever sweets nothing that I see people with HSV 2 Herpes have. plus the blisters seem to not look like what ive seen HSV2 infections look like. please help me identify what could this be. im goi g to get re tested soon. thank you will provide pic in comments

      if they are not fordyce spots, there might be a chance they're genital warts

      well, they kind of look like fordyce spots (totally harmless) but if they appear elsewhere and you have symptoms (like abnormal discharge or pain/discomfort), it might be an std

      they do show up on different spots on my shaft but generally the same area no pain or discharge.. i can say it was a little itchy they showed up. i did have rough sex the day before they showed up using warming Ky jelly

    There is a misconception that HSV-2 is only on the genitals and that HSV-1 is only oral and that is 100% not true. It is very much possible to have HSV-1 of the penis (or vulva in women), given that you have never had an oral outbreak, it is likely that your HSV-1 infection is on your penis and that is what your are depicting.
