Is this HSV2 (genital herpes?)

Hi there,
I've been dealing with this for the past 3 years (2019). I've gotten full STI panels done in 2019 and recently in August 2022 this year. All results were negative. I was surprised by the HSV 1/HSV 2 results. I was thinking it was going to be that. Also I have not actually be sexually active since 2016 which is why I am really concerned for possibly vaginal cancer? I am currently still not sexually active (just so busy with school). I have no concerning family history however. HPV negative as well. My provider said they are just not sure, everything keeps coming back negative.
I essentially have lesions that pop up around my clitoris and my anal area and it has bene ongoing for the last 3 years. The reason why I don't think the STI results are accurate is because I definitely get cold sores and my HSV 1 results were negative.
Another thing is I've been on Acyclovir 200mg BID x 10 day regimen twice before and also Valacyclovir 500mg BID x 10 day before and STILL it has not taken care of this issue. I've also been on Diflucan many times and metronidazole as well - BV/Candiasis results came back negative twice.
Symptoms:
-itches and worst in the morning
-burns when urine touches it
-burns when water touches it
What do you all think this is? Attached are some pics. I greatly appreciate your feedback!

I think it might be Lichen sclerosus now 😕 look at the white patches near the rectal region which actually can lead to vulvular cancer 😦 Im going to talk to my PCP about it. Sigh keep you all posted!

yeah if I took a picture of the entire vulva, theres white patches that run around my clitoris and around the vulva and around the anus and a lot of pictures online look similar. Hopefully it is not, I just want to clear it up already. it's SO itchy. 😦

**Update: **I did another full panel STI screening and swab - all still came back negative (HIV, Herpes 1 + 2, Gonorrhea, Chlamydia, BV, Candidiasis. I am having an outbreak right now again with the ulcerations and extreme itching - this is the most annoying part of it, the tingling and itching is terrible.
They are referring me to dermatology now, the provider did talk to me about Lichen Sclerosus but she says that she highly doubts that it is the case because the skin does not seem to be thinning. So I guess I will have to go to derm and figure out what pathogen it may be or maybe it is my immune system. Keep you all updated!

**Update: I went to dermatology and they were able to prescribe Lotrisone (Clotrimazole / Betamethasone) and it worked. The ulcerations completely healed up and it has been 3 months since my last outrbeak. So far so good. They said it was fungal but it wasn't really candidiasis, they never cultured it but they could tell by the scarring it was fungal in presentation.
They told me to monitor my sugar intake (pre-diabetes) my body might be releasing glucose in my urine and creating an environment for the yeast to localize in the vaginal region. I'm so relieved I do not have to deal with this anymore. Please definitely see a dermatologist or a women's health specialist if you have similar issues. Hope this helps you!
