Is this hypersensitivity vasculitis??

I have been getting a rash on my lower extremities for the past two months now on and off. The only correlation I have made between my lifestyle and the rash is that it emerges a few hours after the ingestion of alcohol. 

The rash is not itchy but instead it is achy and sore like a bruise. It is quite swollen especially around my ankles. 

The rash has always been confined to my legs, usually just the ankles and feet but one time it covered the backs of my knees. 

It begins as a red colour, very violent looking and then fades within a few days. Firstly fading to a purple colour then beige. 

I got bloods taken but they came back ok just slight iron deficiency anaemia. I was wondering if anyone could give me some advice. I suspect it to be hsv
