Is this is a bad yeast or is it herpes?

hi, i get yeast infections a lot and a lot of times don't notice i have them, this was one if those times. I was also in a depression rut and didnt shower/brush my teeth for a couple of days honestly and i had started my period but it was super light so i stayed in my depression and didn't shower for the first two days, which is awful, i know. well the next night i put on a pad and i notice my vagina feels like its burning, so i take a look and i see i have a bunch if white discharge and i also notice all these bumps on the outside and i have no clue if they're normal or herpes. i havent had sex in 3 months now. also i am experiencing white spots in my throat and idk if thats from thrush or herpes as well. i had already had white spots from when i was sick a few weeks back but now its worse. please help if you can

Your symptoms sound like it could be a yeast infection. Unrelated to that, you have some moderate swelling of your tonsils, might just be your body fighting an infection but it may be worth getting checked out by your PCP.
