Is this just anxiety?

i wake up very tired/groggy with stinging and aching sensations all over my body but mostly my upper body area (arms, sides, face, chest). Then when I eat is hurts to swallow(a lot) and it's like when I drink something I can feel it go down. Then after that it ALWAYS gives me heartburn right after. Sometimes mess it hurts where my rib is, sometimes I feel very full after eating, sometimes I feel nauseous (especially with spicy and fatty foods). I'm also very tired all the time and I get tired very easily like I'm about to pass out. I can also feel my heart and see my heart beating sometimes. Sometimes I feel tired and achey (like when you have a fever) but I checked my temp and is was normal. I am homeschooled now because public school didn't workout. What could this be??

Have you ever had your gallbladder checked?

No. I don't know if painful swallowing is one of the symptoms though is it?

Many of your symptoms are those of a gallbladder problem. Yes it's possible be anxiety, but it's worth having them check it. It can cause pain under the ribs on the right side. It can cause pain in chest, back and shoulder. Nausea and vomiting. And often after eating and at night. If it is the gallbladder then high fat foods will hurt you. Fat is what will irritate the gallbladder if it has any problems. I really hope you feel better soon.

I believe you should call your doctor or do a walk in as soon as possible

I'm gonna keep you in my prayers. What we have to do is stick together and help one another get through this. I know I need a friend who understands what I'm going through and I can be a help to someone else. Hope to hear from you soon

I am 15 (this all started at 14). I used to get frequent heartburn when I was like 12. The doctor gave me Zantac and it helped a lot. Then after almost 2 years I woke up with this. No kind of acids reducer medicine helps me at all. I have gotten multiple tests done. One doctor said she thought she heard a heart murmur and sent me to the ER. I had a lot of tests done on my heart but they were fine. I went to an GI specialists and said it was GERD. I had taken Prilosec, nexus, but they didn't help. Then I got a bunch of tests done like barium swallow, upper endoscopy, chest x-Ray, manometer, oh monitoring, but they were all fine I guess. So then the doc said maybe it's psychological. But I don't understand how that can be causing me so much pain all the time?! No I didn't get my gallbladder Checked out. I have an app. With another doc in 4 days so I'm hanging in there.

Sounds just like me, I'm soo frustrated. I wake up every day with chest pain, kacere had numerous ekgs, stress test, heart monitors and still can't find anything wrong. Why can't it be like strep throat or something, where they give you medicine and it gets better.....
