Is this Labyrinthitis or not?

Please help me figure out if I should seek additional care. I was put on amlodipine for my blood pressure. When they increased the dose my ears started to revolt with terrible ringing, pressure and headache. They took me off of amlodipine and I went to see my ENT physician as I have had some inner ear problems in the past. He thought that I may have been sensitive to the amlodipine, but felt I had labyrinthitis. Oddly, he didn't give me any further advice, but he did give me a hearing test (mild hearing loss compatible with age). Two week later I am still having ringing, fullness in my ears (right more than left), tingling in my right cheek and an odd headache from the back of my neck to the top of my head. Sometimes my scalp is sensitive. Is this labyrinthitis? Should I seek additional help? The headache is never bad enough that I need to take advil or tylenol. Should I have been put on an antibiotic or other medication. My period of vertigo has passed although I am still occasionally lightheaded. I have been like this since they increased my amlodipine at the end of May. I'm convinced that is what started it. Thanks.
