Is this leukoplakia or a canker sore?

The past few days I have had a swollen cheek gum and then I noticed bright red dots like a rash or blood blisters on the cheek. I checked online and it said it may be leukoplakia that can be cancerous (if not benign). It has gotten better and swollen down in size with I think some of the red marks disappearing. I have been very mentally ill with health anxiety and it has sent my anxiety to go through the roof.

What is it likely to be...?image
