Is this Lichen Sclerosis?

For a few years - probably 4 years, I have always suffered with what I thought was thrush but it would go away and come back regularly. I have been with the same partner for 3 years and thought it was being passed back and forth but I've used thrush treatments and they've made the situation worse at times. The symptoms I have are irritation around the labia area, I've looked to see and I notice what look like cuts on the area at the top and what seems to look two lines/cuts either side where the labia joins. And generally just abnormal skin. A split always appears at the top.

I have episodes of this regularly and it is always uncomfortable and becoming hard to cope with.

I've compared pictures to ones I've seen online of genital herpes but it doesn't look like that to me, the cuts aren't like spots/blisters. Also, my partner has no symptoms of genital herpes. I have also compared with pictures seen on other discussions and it seems similar to Lichen Sclerosis, wondering if anybody can help me?

Apologies if the image is unclear. I struggled to get a photo.

You have some lighter skin and the vaginal opening looks inflamed. That could be a lot of things but it does not look like yeast/thrush to me. Is it worse after sex? It doesn't look t hat abnormal to me based on the hundred or so pictures I've seen. Does it itch, hurt, discharge...?
