James, I am a Lichen Sclerosis (LS) sufferer and have been dealing with it for 8+ years. You are obviously right to be concerned with the symptoms you have clearly shown in the images you have posted.

In my amateur opinion these are almost certainly not LS as what you get with LS is a white growth the sits on top of the normal level of skin and these are then irritated by almost anything you use on a regular basis such as lubes, skin cream, baby oil, condoms, and even some soaps and shower gels.

The obvious question therefore is what is actually going on for you, and I would suggest the best medical professional to help you with this would be a Dermatologist that deals with Genital Skin Disorders.

You can phone or go into any Sexual Health Center and ask how you get to see such a specialist.

Please update your Forum Post here once you have seen any medical professional ......

Dougie thank you for the reply i appreciate it a lot i will i did get checked out by a doctor like one week ago and he said thanks not LS but there was this doubt in my head. Unfortunately i'm not in my home country to get checked out at a dermatologist but when i get home in two weeks time i will go to get checked out. I'm stressing a lot about this and thank you for replying

Other then visualy i don't have any itching maybe sometimes but i used soap for all my life and never had a problem but i have stopped for now and only use water the skin is sometime red but then sometimes look sort of normal and i know i hat one white spot for a few years and redness and show them to 3 urologist and nobody gave any prescription or something so i don't trust them 100%

When did the white marking first appear?

Are you sexually active, if so always with condoms or not?

Other than soap and in the shower perhaps various forms of body wash do you apply anything else to your penis on a regular basis? So this could be lube for masturbation or sex, skin cream of any kind - or really anything at all that the skin can react to?

Certainly the redness suggests you are getting a dermatological reaction to something.

As I say, I think the only medical professional to get at what you have going on is a Dermatologist that deals with Genital Skin Disorders .....

Hi, James! Any news about these white spots? I have exactly the same spots about two years and nobody knows what it is. I visited a lot of doctors and one dermatologist (professor) said it is not look like LS, but he really doesn't know what it is exactly. I still doubt about this problem...

    i have the same thing

    every year it gets worst

about 7 year ago i caught clamedya and gonorhea

then after having unprotected sex with females i would sometimes get red dots and i would freak out

it would itch a little burn a little after i would pee and i always thought i had clamedya again so when that would happend i would get tested and they gave me antibiotics and it would clear up (the red dots)

for about 3 years i didnt have sex other than the occasional b*****b and i would masterbate several times a day

after the 3 years i had sex for several hours using a c**k ring for the first time and the next day my penis was super red and that last about 2-3 weeks with the red dots ... i would keep masterbating but eventually i went to the doctors who said i had balantis

i applied steroid cream and it cleared... but the i noticed the little white dots .. which are more visible when i have an erection.

since that days about 1year and a half ago after i have sex or masterbate my dick has the red dots and white spots.. sometimes its worst that other times.. i noticef sugar makes it worst .. is it placebo i dont know.. did i started having this 7 years ago from clamedya ? i dont know ... i know for sure that if i masterbate and i dont clean it off and dont pull the skin back to let it dry i get flares... red dots .. a bit of itching and burning after peeing ... if i masterbate several times i can have sex after its burns ... cant get a b***b my dick is to sensitive

im now 31 years old an i have beating the st out of my dick for 18 years .. is this just part of getting older? my doctor sure seems to think it is.. if i dont matsterbate and have sex once a day im ok if i clean it well after sex and let it dry.. in the last yesr my hands have gotten more rough and dry from work.. maybe thats part of making the skin on my penis and my shaft flare up... i also have a little bit of white between the legs ... and also have noticed my ball sac when flacid is red .. i try to keep it try so i dont have an itch.. i use the hair dryer to dry it off after a shower and it helps.. i spoke to another doctor she said gettin corcumcised could help she refered me to an urologist who look at me 3 seconds and said its not phimosis so the insurance wont cover a circumcision but he would do it for 500$ and i would get less symptoms

i think this makes sens... i think your body has normal shrooms and they flare up when its moist.. + friction also makes you skin more sensitive .. i think the white is scaring like a normal scare comes white because the shroom make it easy to irrate since its white..

maybe we all got something new .. i use the steroid cream when its bad and i didnt dry off properly and the next day my dick is almost all bleu because it cleared it all up ... im thinking about circumcision .. my friend had phimosis and he sais circumcision is the best decision he made because he gets more sensation and he can f**k for a longer time because skin doesnt get irrate

i was thinking about going to a dermatologist but if yours didnt find anything i dont think mine will

also i think the clemedya antibiotics where helping when i took them because they are antifungal and the dose is bigger than the one in the antifungal / steroid cream

anyways if any of you have the same experience or have similar symptoms or reactions let me

know and let me know if you are circumsised and have the same issue which will help with my decision towards that

I went to my doctor. He said it didn't look like balanitis or an std. I got referred to a urologist. he said it wasn't cancer or std and didn't think it warranted a biopsy. I had and online consult with a dermatologist. he prescribed various steroids thinking it might be exema . nothing worked

Docs are not helping at all. The only steroid cream that I used, made my situation even worse. I'm recovering just doing nothing, but in a very slow way.
