Is this LS?

I have had chronic yeast infections for about 4 years now, but today ive noticed i was having pain by my vulva. when i looked at that area i noticed white patches that look like ulcers with some of them open. its painful to pee and wipe & they itch after wards but eventually goes away until i use the restroom again. so im wondering if these spots look like LS or if its just my yeast infection symptoms getting worse. ill add pics in comments. thanks in advance!
