Is this LS?

Hello

could this be LS? It has been almost a year on my penis glans. Kind of looks like scar tissue from a far. Sometimes glans are itchy. Or could any STD cause this?

    I have something similar on the inside of my foreskin. I have posted a message here but, no repies yet.

      It is on left side of the penis head
