Is this LS? M/20

I have been circumsised right before my puberty hit and ever since the beginning of my puberty my glans became slightly discolored. Back in the days my hygiene wasn't the best and I masturbated frequently, however since them my hygiene improved and I do not masturbate that often anymore. Sometimes I feel a slight discomfort after ejaculation but otherwise there's no pain or itching. Also during an erection the white-ish patches are somewhat less visible. I haven't been to a doctor yet, I was kinda afraid untill now.

First of all, I did see the email alert for your post 2 or 3 days ago, but had not the sense to check your name - I thought the many wonderful Ladies on here would respond to another Female LS issue. So I am sorry about that! I was wrong not to check the name of the person posting the Thread!!
So, lets get to what you have going on: although the photos are not particularly clear, they certainly do suggest you have LS.
The Male specific version of LS is medically described as Balanitis xerotica obliterans - and you are right to raise both your previous hygiene and masturbation practices as these are both distinctly linked to the conditions necessary for LS / BXO to exist.
Just to make sure you have not got fed-up of waiting for a reply and you are 'still tuned in' to responses to your Forum Thread, simply respond and I will give you very detailed information of what you need to do from now on.
The basics of this are: for any Male suffering from these kinds of white patches on the head, and / or on the foreskin of the penis, you must prevent all fluids emitted from the penis from staying on the skin. Fluids therefore need to be removed as soon as possible. I have BXO myself, so what I keep on hand is clean towelling face clothes which I use to remove sexual related fluids, and obviously, I have had to put a Hygiene Regime in place that means that after urinating the head area of the penis is either washed (when I am at home) and if I cannot wash (out of the house / out and about) I go into a toilet cubicle and use toilet tissue to dry around the meatus / pee-hole area. What you need to do each time you urinate is make sure your foreskin (obviously for those not fully circumcised) is out of the way by drawing it towards the body, as obviously, you need to prevent any urine from getting on it!
The worst case scenario for dealing with symptoms like this would be for condom users to allow the condom to stay in place once ejaculation has occurred - as, pre-ejaculate and semen are the real enemies of infected skin. So, certainly do not fall asleep with one in place!!
Soap, shower gel and all bodily cleansers MUST be kept away from the head of the penis and foreskin, as should all petroleum based skin creams and lotions - so this is pretty much the vast majority of them.
.
For any Male suffering these kinds of patches, the best source of Specialist Medical help would be from a Dermatologist, and preferably from one who specialises in Genital Skin Disorders. You can get access to one of these either by getting a referral from your Regular / Family Doctor or GP - or if you live within travelling distance of one of the larger Specialist Sexual Health Walk-In Centers they may have a duty Urologist or Dermatologist who specialises in dealing with these kinds of conditions. Otherwise, ask for a referral to a Genital Skin Specialist in your region.

So, Beatlepeter, that is the basics - as I say, if you respond I will give you further detail of what you need to do from now on - and yes, this is incurable (should it be confirmed you have LS/BXO), but as many of the wonderful Ladies on here will testify to, is that you do not need to let LS / BXO ruin the remainder of your life - but you do need to be constantly vigilant, AND have all of the do's and don't that will work best for you, individually, in place, from now on.
I do note that you say you are circumcised, but from the photos it looks like you still have quite a % of your foreskin in place, and an attachment of skin on the lower-part of the head / glans of your penis? Can you actually draw your foreskin / main skin of the shaft of your penis, forward to cover the head / glans - completely or partially?
So, just answer these as well: in what country do you live? What age are you now? Are you sexually active? How long ago, in terms of years did you have the poor hygiene practices and were frequently masturbating? .....
Please respond and we can take it from there ..................
