Is this LS? Photo

25 years old and since I have had a baby last october and had my tubes tied I have had many issues with itching and tearing on my labia. Typically the tears happen if I squat down and my labia spreads open too far, or when Im examining myself. I try to keep myself moisturized, but when i forget the dryness and itching comes back. Sometimes but not always the tears. Ive made an appt with an OB, but a few days later when the appt came around the tears were healed and she had nothing to examine. just said to moisturize. in the picture i dont look dry at all because i just put on coconut oil, but the tears at the top are the issue. sometimes the tear goes all the way down to the other end of my labia. image

Hello Laura, if the White i se is not just a reflexion of light....i say go get that checked by a gyn or a dermatologist. I se that you dont have any fusing or at least not bad fusion. That way if it is LS you will get the proper cream to stop progression or at least to slow it down. keep us posted until then take sitz baths with baking soda to cut the itch and keep moist....coconut oil.or even get a spray bottle with a mixture of water and a good 2 table spoon of baking soda and spray after going to the loo. pad dry. and then coconut oil. xx
