Is this male thrush

It’s gotten progressively worse over the past month I initially thought it was friction due to sex without a condom 3 weeks ago there’s no pain when urinating or any discharge I’ve been tested for chlamydia and HIV and the results were negative the skin peels every day and there small cuts around base

    skin peeling cracking and bleeding dryness and itchyness are all common for yeast mabe try some canesten cream and use for a week see if there is any improvement if not id visit your doctor for a definate diagnosis
