Is this "meno brain" / brain fog?

Posted , 1 user is following.

This is a weird one. Sometimes when I'm (nervously) trying to fall asleep, my mind gets a bit flustered and it feels as if my nightstand is on the wrong side of the room. Or I feel like I'm sleeping at the foot of my bed, when really I'm not.

It only lasts a couple of seconds, but it's disturbing. Always with my eyes closed.

Or I feel like I'm in a completely different room, especially if I've spent a lot of time in that room prior to going to sleep.

Just opening my eyes gets me reoriented again. Almost as if my brain is just too overwhelmed or foggy.

Anyone else?
