Is this Molluscum contagiosum?

I've recently noticed these small bumps on my genitals but have no idea what they could be. I have not been to a GP or dermatologist but was hoping someone here could give me an idea. Thank you

    I'm currently of the belief that this is simply folliculitis, but i'm still just worried. Any feedaback is appreciated
